This is a group for the users of Blackboard at Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, CA. We will use this area to capture our knowledge as we learn how best to use this program for our courses.

This is a group for the new teachers and presenters of the St. Mary's College Saturday Seminar focusing on technology and how to integrate it into classrooms. Presenters can add discussion forums for teachers to join.

Project-based learning with multimedia (PBL+MM) is a method of teaching and learning in which students acquire new knowledge and skills in the course of designing, planning, and producing a multimedia product.The integration of media objects such as text, graphics, video, animation, and sound to represent and convey information.

A group for ABD'ers (all but dissertation).
Join us if you are a doctoral student in any stage of your dissertation or if you are a post doctoral graduate and have a desire to help those that are behind you in the process. Also join us if you are contemplating starting a doctoral program in education. We can all share our experiences from A-Z.

Here you can colloborate with fellow teachers about teaching and understanding special needs students. Post questions, concerns and ideas for everyone to comment on and help you with!

This is a group of World Language teachers. It was designed to help share resources and promote the learning of world languages.

This group is made up of teachers who attended the RC1 Institute from 7/24-7/28. The purpose is to allow us to network once we get back to class and start using Responsive Classroom (tm). We have permission from the folks at RC as long as direct text is not used without source notations. All ideas and questions are welcome.
