Rapid Cycling / How To Make A Digital Story is a two-fold project which effectively demonstrates the seven basic steps of digital story telling while examining the personal effects of a mild mood disorder. Interlaced within the digital story telling demonstration is an introspective look at Rapid Cycling, a form of Bi-Polar Not Otherwise Specified (N.O.S)

This project was made entirely on a single Macbook using iMovie H.D., Garage Band 3 and iPhoto.
