Hi,I teach second grade in Southern California. I am curious to know what the daily schedule is like in other states. For example, at my school site, class starts at 8:10 and it ends at 2:40. We have two 7 minute recesses and a 30 minute lunch. Teachers rotate weekly for recess duty, and aides have lunch duty. Our contaract schedule (work time) is from 8:00 to 3:00. Our top priorities are Language Arts and Math. Carolina in SoCal.
