Singapore Math Chinese Tutor is put together by a group of professional tutors, each with many years of professional tutoring experience in our respective academic subject. Tutoring is our passion and each of us is known by students from many schools.
Our tutors have taught students from all Singapore schools, be it Government, Government-aided, independent, autonomous, SAP (Special Assistance Plan) and even International Schools.
We put our tutors in direct communication with the students. Usually the subject tutor will assess them quickly and make the best recommendation for the student to receive the best tutoring help. All pricing information will be communicated directly between the tutor and the student.

Don’t you wish you had a coupon or discount code for your dependent daycare costs or medical expenses? You know what? You do. It’s called a flexible savings account, or FSA. Also known as a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the IRS code, it can be a discount worth up to your effective tax rate on these two types of expenses. (more…)
You may have noticed from my posts that I’m a bit frugal. I can’t help it; I learned it early in my youth. Because I don’t believe in paying more for something than you have to, I love finding inexpensive alternatives for retail items and entertainment. Your public library is one such value bonanza. As a collector of creative cost cutting strategies, myself, I thought I would share just a few of the fun ways NEA members save on their expenses, which I found while browsing the Works4Me section of NEA.org. (And in honor of Mrs. Hughley, I store my condiments spout side down when they start getting low so gravity aides in getting the last amount out of the bottle…) (more…)
My young sons and I are learning to play chess together. And, yes, my five year old is already wiping the floor with me. But I find one of the most daunting aspects of the game to be the opening move. Did you know there are entire books written on the subject?
Your financial opening move is much easier to determine. After you have defined and prioritized your financial goals, you should establish an emergency fund for your family, if you don’t already have one. (more…)
